Jim strives to design facilities that unify municipalities and residents, enhancing efficiencies and respecting the taxpayer. His experience with municipalities includes Long Range Planning, Space Needs Studies and Feasibility Studies, along with New Facilities, Renovations, and Additions. Jim listens carefully to the client’s needs and understands the delicate balance between budgetary concerns, function and aesthetics; designing dynamic, sustainable and productive municipal facilities. He has developed a national reputation for his expertise in the design of Police & Fire Stations, and for his work on Public Safety Training Facilities.
