Project Description

The City of Spartanburg, SC is relocating the City’s Fire Division along with other City Hall departments. The City has recently purchased Class A Office and adjacent warehouse space of a 66,000 square feet. The location was the previous space for a private corporation, Integral Solutions, Inc.

The City selected Stewart-Cooper-Newell Architects to design the re-purpose and test fit of this space to accommodate the Fire Department Headquarters and administrative offices, Fire Department Station No.3, City of Spartanburg training, the IT department and City warehouse storage.

SCNA has designed a large portion of call center space into two-story living quarters for fire fighters. And we have converted conditioned warehouse space into apparatus bays.
