Project Description
SCN Architects worked in conjunction with the owner’s representative to provide economical, budget-conscious training aides for the Emergency Training Services complex. The burn building is designed for Class A combustible burns. The tower includes elevator doors and shafts, vertical and horizontal confined space drill components, electrical panel and valve lockout props, and floor, wall and ceiling tie-offs on all levels.
The total construction cost was $3.5 million.
